Care of the vineyard: Guyot pruning. 8/10 buds on the fruit-bearing and 2 on the spur. Desuckering by hand. Thinning. Green harvest.
Vinification: Pressuring. Rackinf of the must. Long and low temperature fermentation (14°c) in thermo regulate stainless steel vats (control of the temperature). Racking at the end of the alcoholic fermentation. Malo-lactic not made.
Maturing: In vat during two months on lees. Bottling at the property in december.
