Care of the vineyard : Guyot pruning. 8/10 buds on the fruit- bearing and 2 on the spur. Desuckering by hand. Thinning. Green harvest.

Vinification : Maceration on skins for 12 hours. Long and low temperature fermentation in thermo regulate stainless vats (control of the temperature). Devatting at the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation. AF without pomace. Malo-lactic made.

Maturing : In vat during few months. Bottling at the property in spring.

Tasting : A garnet-red robe with dark pink tints. Open nose and very delicate with red fruits aromas (strawberry, cherry) which reveals later complex aromas of spices and toast. The attack is supple and well-rounded. Mid-mouth very aromatic,
red fruits. The final note is very supple, soft, and easy to drink.. Easy to drink. Expressive and well-balanced wine.
