Care of the vineyard : Guyot pruning. 8/10 buds on the fruit- bearing and 2 on the spur. Desuckering by hand. Thinning. Green harvest.
Vinification : Maceration on skins for 12 hours. Bleeding of a vat. Long and low temperature fermentation in thermo regulate stainless vats (control of the temperature). Racking at the end of the alcoholic fermentation. Malo-lactic not made.
Maturing : In vat during few months on lees. Bottling at the property in spring.
Tasting : The robe is a lovely pink with red current aroma. Delicate and smooth in the mouth. Easy to drink. Expressive and well-balanced wine.
