Vinification : Pressing. Long and low temperature fermentation in thermo regulate stainless vats (control of the temperature). After tasting, racking before the end of the alcoholic fermentation. Malo- lactic not made.
Maturing : In vat during few months on lees. Bottling at the property in spring.
Wine/food : Aperitive, fish, sea food, chesse, dessert.
